perhaps you want to check out this video from jeff.But on the topic unless its something extreme like in the cases shown in the video i dont think its that big of a problem you cna still build your chest and the bigger it gets the less the hole will be noticeable

@Denwar Do you mean you have a sunken chest? If so, you can still build your chest muscle, for sure, but the muscle shape is genetic (unless you have some surgery to alter it).

If you're looking to build your inner chest, try this!

 Scott I need ur guidance

Hi Scott my name is Areeb. I am 24, my height is 5’5 and my weight is 90 pounds. I started to go to the gym a week ago. Ik i'm a hard-gainer bc I previously joined the gym a few years ago did about 6 to 7 months but didn’t see much growth. So I consider myself to be a hard-gainer so i'm following your hard gainer workout on YouTube and currently im doing 3 days a week chest 1 day biceps, 1 day triceps and 1 day back. Your chest workout is good but the 2nd exercise is not working while im doing I feel no activation in my chest but my forearms and biceps become fully tight to the point that when it comes to the second set i can’t even use two plates so i use a single 4 kg plate maybe even a 3 kg. So can you please guide me give me an alternative or something. And please make a few videos for us skinny/hard-gainer guy. Thank You and much love.

@Areeb_Niazi Hey Areeb!

First off, if you are a hardgainer, make sure you are eating more food my bro. Eating enough food is the key to growing!

So you're talking about the plate press on a bench? It's normal that your forearms might fatigue - as you're still relatively new to training they are going to have a hard time with almost any exercise you do, BUT you will build up strength with your grip the more you train in general. It's probably still a mind-muscle connection issue as to why you're feeling it in your biceps - try to focus on not only squeezing the plates together, but squeezing your chest together as well. Don't think about flexing your arms, imagine that you're literally trying to pinch something together in the middle of your chest.

As for the weight you're using - don't worry about it! As long as the weight is a challenge for you, then the weight you're using is perfect!
