My chest has been an area I've really wanted to define and form over the past 8+ months. I've been busting my butt and they have been growing slowly but surely, and my strength has been going up slowly as well, but my pectorials still majory lack that visible defined line, specicifically the lower portion. My fears are I have a minor case of Gyno, but that may just be more scaring myself.

I unfortunely do not know my body fat percentage. Is my body fat just still simply too high, which is why the lower pecs seem to slope in rather then have a defined cut? Is their a way to help counter this? Any advice would be appreciated. Attached below are photos about 45 minutes after a chest workout. Notice in the bottom pic the upper pec has some definition with correct lighting, but lower pec is not their at all with like a line of skin/fat across it.

Typical (and my previous) chest workout would be:

Bench Press (145x 10, 155 x 10, 155 x 10, 160 x 8, 165 x 6, 165 x 6, 170x 4, 170 x 4) Have 1 repped 215 but form gets sloppy when I got into the 200's

Decline Smith Bench (similar to above with slightly more reps)

Cable Flyes

Chest Press Machine (145lbs x 12 x 4)

Floor Dumbell Press (45 x 12, 50 x 8, 55 x 6 )

Dumbell holds (25 lbs for a min, 30 lbs for a min)

Any advice is appreciated, been working on fixing this since 2018 and am not seeing the progress I'd hoped for.
