Hi There, I don't have time to go to a gym due to my busy schedule. I've been gaining weight since January and I'm getting quite depressed because of this. What can you recommend for a home gym? I heard Smith machines do it all saw some comparisons on this review - https://thewiredshopper.com/best-smith-machines-to-buy/ However, the machines are very bulky. I'm looking at Bowflex PR1000, it has multiple exercises and foldable which I really need for a small basement. Does anyone have any experience using this? 😵

@Mitchie23 Well, you possibly don't even need a smith machine. How about just buying some dumbbells for a start and doing my home workouts with dumbbells? https://muscularstrength.com/12-Week-Home-Program

Either that or simple buy a bench and barbell with weights (maybe in conjunction with some dumbbells). You'd be surprised how much you can do with just that small amount of equipment!
