I decided to do your training program full body evolution and I have some questions: (I hope this is the place to ask them)
1. First of all it is a pity that there is no major exercise which is bench pressing and it is strange that I did not see it there.
2. Second, is this the whole plan? I mean two days A and B?
From my experience in the gym before certain exercises should do warm up and also warm up sets. And because I did not see an explanation in the videos of the show itself you might be able to refer me to videos or articles like that. This is actually important.
Overall the program looks good and quite difficult for beginners because of the super sets. But lacks continuity to these two days. How long to practice it and where to continue?
And last thing, I hope you can help me understand and learn the way to practice because knowing this is the name of the game here. Can you refer me to a source of information on strength training or muscle development.
