@scott_herman I've been checking out your articles and YouTube videos on the Only two exercises you need for each muscle group. Very awesome stuff! If I were to put together these exercises, what would you suggest on the best body part split/routines for something like this throughout the week?

@NAVYDAWG If you're just going to use those "Only Two" routines, I'd go with a Push / Pull / Legs split! Either that or something like Chest & Triceps / Back & Biceps / Legs & Shoulders!
