Hey guys!

 

Bout to hit the gym and do 30 minutes. I normally don't do anything for Wednesday's but today I had a lil more to eat than I should have so I'm gonna go burn some of it off. I normally play basketball for about 30 minutes 2-3 times a week by myself but it's night and raining out today soooo... yeah!

 

What about you!?

I'm 27, I'm male, I'm trying to maintain a healthy but nice physique. I weigh about 195, 6'0 I've got four large passions in my life! Sports! My Lord and Savior! P.E.! And last but not least..... Nice man! 

 

Erica and I did 30minutes of steady cardio Monday night and then tonight did 20 minutes.

 

All about the steady pace to stay in that fat burning zone!

Right now I'm looking to burn all my fat off. Everyone here on the SHF site has a low body fat percentage and I wanna catch up! Also I'm trainging to be a good runner before I enter my local Sherrifs academy. I usually do a half mile run every day before my lifting and then run 1.5 miles after my lifting.

I love running on the track in the rain! I feel all bad ass, out there being manly, busting my ass to achive my goals. Rain is always good motivation. Plus, if the rain is cold that sure as hell kicks up my speed so i can get back in my car and warm up haha!

2 year #SHF athlete I love to train hard and help others when they want it.

AH YEAH MAN ! Rain gets me pumped ! Running in the dark in the woods and in rain makes for the perfect workout for me !

Sounds great man! Tear it up! I'll probably hop on the treadmill and jog for about 15-20 minutes!

I absolutely can not stand running or using typical cardio equiptment at the gym. My usual cardio consists of a medicine ball cardio routine, some form of plyometric workout, or a kenpo cardio routine. I like to mix it up between these three to get the heart rate going on the days I'm strictly doing cardio.

I am a big fan of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training).  I do no more than 20 minutes 3 times per week.  I have started mixing it up - sprints on the treadmill or "sprints" on the stationary bike.  I do my cardio right after I lift.  I also get in some LISS (low intensity steady state) as I briskly walk to and from the gym which totals 30 minutes.  So in total I get 50 minutes - 20 minutes HIIT with 30 minutes LISS - on the 3 days I lift each week.  I have been cutting my carbs which is helping me lose more body fat without having to do more cardio.

my cardio , competitive squash, 3 times a week . 1 hour , but im laying off for a moth , trying to concentrate on form. so lifting 6 times a week while of from cardio , light wheights , just making sure my form gets to a good place

Not a cardio fan but gotta get it done right? I've been doing more metcons than anything lately. 8-15 minutes to start a session are killer, 1-2 hours of squat/bench/deadlift work then finish off with 30 minutes of jog/run/sprint work

Dabbling in powerlifting, weight lifting and other strength athletics. Preparing for USAF boot camp. Super Hermanite.

Sounds great Connie! I need to start doing a little more cardio myself. Im currently bulking so Im keeping cardio to a minimum right now.

My Cardio now a days are as follows:

 

-Running: 25k Max (weekends)

-Jump Ropes 3 rounds of 3 minutes nonstop with only 30 secs rest in between (Warm up only)

-HIIT Circuit of 5-9 Exercises (3-4 rounds within 30 minutes in between exercises)

-Boxing (Training w/a Pro at least once a week)
