Hello everyone :)
I'm going gym for 3.5 months i went to gym before but i studied for my university exam and i need some break but now i am doing this workout for strenght and size
Age:19
My Body: 180cm 84kg

I will do 8*6 for 4 week after that 2 week i will do 4*12 all of this just be 3 month i will do this circle just 2 time.
Rest 60-90 seconds before workout warm-up:10 minute
What is your idea about my workout ?

Hey man, just want to make sure I understand your plan correctly.
So you will be doing 8 sets of 6 reps for your exercises for the first 4 weeks, and then for the next 8 weeks you will do 4 sets of 12 reps for your exercises, correct? That would be OK I guess, but if your goal is PURE strength gains, then I would do lower reps for a longer period of time. At least 8 weeks, and I would do sets of 3-6 reps instead of just 6 reps.
