I am 17 years old and a junior in high school. Current weight is about 165 and height is 5'9".I have been lifting since 7th grade, and everything I've done up to this point has been bodybuilding/powerbuilding focused. My main goal is hard muscle devolpment, but I also have strength goals. I have proper nutrition and supplementation in place. I was thinking about switching it up and doing a powerlifting program for a couple months to gain strength and see how I like it in general. Does anyone have any suggestions on a program to start with? The last program I did was push/pull/legs and was a 5 day a week split. But, for this program, due to school and schedule, I need a split that is no more than 4 days a week. Thanks.
