I have been back about a year and a half and been slowly working on increasing my deadlift strength. Been doing sets of 6 to 8 at around 265 or so.
So tonight after work, more like early tomorrow morning maybe 3AM I will feel out 315 for a single and go from there.
My best ever in my young days was 485 . I think at 47 i can still beat that. I'm just more patient and wiser now.
