Conventional VS Sumo: Which Are You?

Both have specific pros and cons to them, which one do you guys like?

Hey MS fam,

I've always been a fan of the conventional deadlift because I like keeping a close tie to olympic lifting even when just strength or hypertrophy training. Which do y'all prefer?

Definitely conventional for me! I tried sumo a little bit at the start of last year, but never really got into it. Maybe because I had done conventional for so long, it just came more naturally. Granted I think I could pull more with sumo if I trained it more and got used to the movement.

I've always appreciated the full range of motion you get out of conventional, not to say you get less doing sumo by any means that hinders performance but conventional always does it for me!
