My core/belly is not tight and expands outward over my waist a bit

My stomach expands a little (not flat but round) and hangs out as you mention in the video and I am not sure if its due to skin, fat, or abs that stretch outwards. I've been doing planks, leg raises, and russian twist but to no avail. I do have a bit of love handles that I would like to get rid of with the expanded belly. Do you think these exercises will help me get a flatter stomach? (am changing to a more protein heavy diet). Also, will I feel anything in my core for the last exercise if I am just starting it, but do feel a tiny bit of pain?

I just copy and pasted my comment from his newest stomach vacuum video

@Sushiftw123 Reducing your body fat percentage a bit will help. It's probably a mix of that and the fact that you might need to work a little bit more on your overall core control. I'll link you to a video below.

Also, what kind of pain are you feeling on the stomach pumps?

And what are your macros? If you're trying to gain weight and get stronger.. if that's all you're eating.. it's probably not enough.
