Whats up nation! Just posting something that has really helped me increase all of my bench presses! Nate, our buddy Steve, and i have been doing floor presses lately and it has increased our strength. For those wondering a floor press is when you lie on the ground and for example you have 135 on the barbell to warm up. Just as you would on a regular flat bench press you SLOWLY bring the weight down until your elbows touch the floor then BOOM explode back to the top and repeat! Increase the weight as it becomes easier. We have done this for about 3 weeks and our strength has increased! It really helps get you past the sticking points when the reps get tough!
