Im about to have my "go to" meal 3-4 eggs, grilled steak or chicken, fresh piece of fruit, and some toast. What is you guys favorite or "go to" meal everyday ??

Oats, egg whites, greek yogurt, whey, walnuts, mixed berries, mixed spices all together in one big bowl :P. SOOO good :D

protein shake powder , (not wheigh), banana , peanut butter 2 eggs and extra nuts in a blender with low fat milk .

My FAVORITE drink. Syntha 6 Chocolate Peanut Butter protien powder, with extra peanut butter blended with milk and ice.

Lamb steak is AMAZING ! I also love turkey and beef ! But my actual goto meal on a regular basis would have to be something involving eggs or cheese (and milk) something like that.

A big honkin' (10oz or more) salmon filet cooked in olive oil with some brown rice and with spinach or bok choi cooked with garlic :-)
