Well first we need to know what your macros are, for example how much protein you consume, carbs, fats, etc. Secondly, it would be helpful if you run whether it be on the treadmill or outdoors. But other than that we just need those specifics!

You cant spot reduce fat, but the way you burn fat is by regular diet and exercise. Total body/circuit training is the way to go when trying to burn fat. Scott has tons of total body training routines for all levels of fitness from beginner, intermediate, and advanced. I suggest you check those out. Ultimately your meal plan is going to primarily determine whether you burn the fat though, so you really need to get your meal plan in check and know your exact macro ratios. If you aren't utilizing the SHF meal planner already, I suggest you do so.
