i travel,on my job and live from my cooler/lunchbox. I make cold oats a good while before work and this way i can have oatmeal even if i have no place to cook.
In a sealable container I use 1/2 cup wholes oats, 1scoop vanilla protien powder ( or what ever sounds good) add some cinamon and 1 cup of milk or water etc. sometimes if i want it a bit sweeter i may add a bit of raw honey. Mix it all up cover , place in the fridge and chill for a good 6 Hours or so . I take it in my cooler with all my other pre prepped foods and off i go.
Now when im in the middle of nowhere at work i can have some somewhat healthy otameal.
