So im 6' tall and I've made it down to 185 from 205+ lbs in about 3 months. I wanted to hit 180 and then lean bulk but Im not sure if I should just go ahead, as I can always lose fat later. Or should I continue my cut and start bulking on thanksgiving day? ðŸ˜€

@Stevenford1119 What's your body fat percentage? And how long have you been training? If you're still a newbie and are less than 20% bf, then go straight to a lean bulk. If you're not a newbie and your bf% is still in the high teens or low 20s, then keep cutting a bit more.

Well I trained all through my youth but stopped for some years, so am I considered a noobie again? I'd estimate I'm in the high teens low 20's

@Stevenford1119 You'll probably have a few muscle memory gains to make back fairly quickly if you were taking your training at least semi seriously when you were younger, and had some muscle that you lost.

If you've never really trained properly though, and haven't really followed a solid @mealplan, you can definitely make some newbie gains.
