I train between 8:30am to 9:30am on weekdays morning. My preworkout meal is approximately 1 hour before my workout and it consists of 1 scoop of ON Whey Protein and 2 slices of Orowheat Bread (or 80 to 100g Old Fashioned Oats) along with 1 Banana.

Once I am done with my workout, around 30 minutes post my workout, I take 2 scoops of ON Whey Protein and then 2 bananas (or 1 pear and a Banana), usually 2 pieces of fruit.

I like to keep this meal slightly lighter as I eat my lunch around 1.5 hours later.

In lunch, I usually have chicken or fish along with rice and some veggies.

Is my post workout nutrition alright?

Or do I need have a heavier breakfast post workout?

Let me know your thoughts about it.

@animax001 I don't see a problem with your food choices man! Just make sure you are eating enough of them overall to hit your macros and keep yourself in a surplus 😊 ðŸ’ª
