I hurt myself working out spent 4 or 5 months eating crap gained weight have a big stomach now, but now i am ready again. help me with my macros pleasE?

I want tostart off by cutting, i am 182 5'9 27% body fat male. I have not been active at all, just at work staning for hours. the calc says i need this 

macros: 

cals 2700

protien:202

fat:47

carb:340

 

is this right?

@Chrisalta94 Cut the carbs and boost the fat. If you're trying to cut, I would suggest keeping the carbs to 200g or below if you can. Apart from maybe re-feed days if you think you need them. Maybe try these macros...

 

Protein: 225g (900 Calories)

Carbs: 200g (800 Calories)

Fat: 110g (990 Calories)

 

Total Calories = 2690
