So I want to start tracking my calories, but every site tells me a different number on what my BMR should be. My goal is to lose fat. My weight is 110kg and my height is 191 cm. Also im 16 years old.

Can u help me calculate my BMR , I play volleyball once a week and do these workouts twice a week:

@Audxius Use the number you get from the calculator here on the @mealplan page as a starting point. So around 3500 calories. It seems like a lot when you're trying to lose fat, but being 16 years old and weighing 110kg or over 240lbs, it makes sense that even when cutting you still need a lot of calories. You can start there and reduce the calories as you go if you need to to keep losing weight.

One thing though - being 16, you shouldn't be cutting for very long. You should only really be cutting if your body fat % is really high. Do you know what your bf% is?

Also, those workouts aren't bad as such, but I notice there's nothing for your chest? The upper body workouts seems heavily focused on arms and shoulders rather than chest and back.

You don't have access to a gym? Have you thought about doing the home program? https://muscularstrength.com/12-Week-Home-Program
