Let's start at the beginning from this little story.

Around 4 months ago i couldn't care less about a meal planning or working out properly, that resultated into having a weight of 125 kilogram while being very close to 2 meters (1.97m to be precise) while having a bodyfat at 35%,working out maybe 1 time in a week max. i don't think it is fair to say that i worked out, since i couldnt even bench the barbell, or lifting dumbells heavier then 7 kilogram each while benching that way.

Could i squat? answer is pretty simple to that as i was not mobile enough and had to start withouth weight/barbell and just focus on the movement, the same story for leg press, couldn't get higher then 70 kilogram.

Then just one day i decided that i didn't wanted to be this way anylonger, so then i started working out for real this time.

I am quite happy with the results to be honest, Max benching with 5x 26 kilogram dumbells, (barbell still lagging), squat 5x 110 kilogram ( with this i am really happy), Rackpull 3x 110 kilogram, max deadlift 4x 85 kg i am having some trouble with my posture.

My weight dropped to 105 kilogram with a bf % of 23!.

So i know have 2 questions 1: what weight / bf should i be targeting, and 2: i've heard/read a lot about creatine, is it worth to use it or wait untill later?

Love to hear from you

@Alexander22 Such awesome progress so far man! Such a massive drop in bodyweight and body fat %! And you're progressing well on your lifts too!

1. That's really up to you. What is your target weight? To an extent, the weight doesn't matter. It's about how you look and how you feel. But a good body fat range to be in is around 10% - 15% to be really lean / lean, without being totally shredded. You will be getting close to shredded at 10% bf.

2. Creatine is great! It will help you in terms of strength and because you can potentially overload more in the gym, it can help you gain mass too. So obviously that's not really your goal while cutting, but if your diet is on point then it will potentially help you build muscle mass even while cutting. So you can take it whether cutting or bulking, 5g a day, every day.

Do you NEED to do use? No. Is it worth it? Maybe, though I would wait until maybe you hit a platea with your strength. It might help you more then! Keep in mind it's probably only a 5% difference though.
