So, I got a new job which is working from 10 hrs to 12hrs max. Why am I feel dizzy on my training days? So, I always sleep at 12am and wake up at 5am(6am on non-training days) when I woke up I drink coffee with protein powder(10g) and wait atleast 20-30 mins before I start to working out. Usually I do a 10-15mins weight training and 10 mins HIIT for a total of 30mins per session. After a quick show then I eat my bfast. Usually, 15-20g of oatmeal, boiled egg, nattou with the topping of kimuchi. Is it there something missing in my food? The lunch that I usually eat is 80g of brown rice, 90g of chicken breast, salad and a miso soup. The dinner is usually steamed salad and a baked fish. Around 5pm I always eat mixed nuts because I always feel hungry at that time. My friend told that I should add fruits to my bfast on workout days. But I don’t know what kind of fruit and how many should I need to eat. TIA!

Hello !

I would try eating one banana before your session, it is very possible that since you do not eat before your session you feel dizzy. Have you tried eating breakfast before you workout ?

I haven’t eat nothing but only a coffee with protein powder. Is it okay to banana if I got only 30mins to wait before I start to workout?

@miyusuta What is your water intake like? If you're not drinking enough water that could also be a reason as to why you feel dizzy sometimes when training / on training days.

Did you try William's suggestion of a banana pre-workout? Did it help at all?
