hi guys
im looking for a credible and evidence-based book on fitness nutrition written for the casual and natural bodybuilder. I’d like to understand the basic science behind what is now proven, what has strong evidence and practical advice on how to put it into use.
I see a lot of hypey looking books and other books that seem to be for Pro’s but nothing in between.
Any my suggestions on good reads?
