Brand new to keto. Is better to meet your fat and protein intake ?  I'm trying to figure out keto vs high protein. Should I deduct macros when I exercise? So many things to consider

@ernestweber Keto should be high protein. You need to meet ALL of your macro goals - carbs, protein and fat.


As for your exercise, if you're trying to lose weight, you just need to be in a calorie deficit. So if you eat 2500 calories per day and burn 3000 calories (including your exercise), then you'll be on track to lose weight!
