Hi i'm 21 years old and I train for boxing, my height is 170 cm and my weight: 76 kg.
I want to drop to 75KG, but I want to add more strength and a bit more muscle, I dont want to loose to much weight cause I want to stay in my boxing weight class.
can someone give me advice how I should train ?
What my week schedule looks like: 2 times a week boxing training, 2 days jogging, 2 days power training I often times do this after the jogging.
