advice for how to get more strength and loose body fat but not loosing to much weight

Hi i'm 21 years old and I train for boxing, my height is 170 cm and my weight: 76 kg.

I want to drop to 75KG, but I want to add more strength and a bit more muscle, I dont want to loose to much weight cause I want to stay in my boxing weight class.

can someone give me advice how I should train ?

 

What my week schedule looks like: 2 times a week boxing training, 2 days jogging, 2 days power training I often times do this after the jogging.

Hey man!

 

Have you thought about maybe combining a strength program with your boxing conditioning workouts?

 

Never strength train after running.. always before.

Exercises I do are: push-ups, pull-ups, bicep-tricep with light weigt and 20 to 30 reps & chest, lats, back, shoulders also with light weights and high reps. for legs I jump rope, running, normal squads and front squads and calves. and I do body weight core exercises.

and I wrestle once a week . this is what I do beside my 2 boxing days.

I'm these things but I can't loose weight or drop my body fat that much, I don't know if it is my diet or is it because I don't get that much sleep.

my diet is monday to friday: breakfast, lunch, dinner, after dinner I eat fruit and dried fruits/ nuts etc.

saterday and sunday: I eat what I want but I eat it carefully I don't go full out

 

monday to friday: I only get a average 5 hours sleep, if i'm lucky 6 hours
