I'm a powerlifter and while I don't want to personify the obese, large, powerlifter. However, I'm don't care too much about doing it for bodybuilding purposes. I do want to be healthy and like anyone else, I want a great body. I think I have it figured out, but I like getting ideas on it. I would like to say, I am a woman, so my nutrition needs will be somewhat different from guys. But what are things you have found successful for helping you build strength, but not fat as a powerlifter?
