Sincee Ramadan has started I'm trying to find a way for maintaining muscles and weight aswel as my 'true power' since I do atlethics and the season has started there is no way I can afford to lose everything I've trained so hard for...
At this moment I try to train in the morning, but for muscle rebuild I know your body has to be hydrated to avoid cramps and rebuild strength.
My biggest struggle is that I can't eat/drink from 3am - 10pm... So it is pretty hard to eat all my macros etc.
At this moment I eat my dinner at 10, then I drink a f1 shake from herbalife, and before sunrise I eat oatmeal with another f1 shake or pro 90 (= casein).
If anyone got some hints, please let me know!
