Hey SHF Community!

I hope you liked the article Advanced Calisthenics: The Planche if you read it:P. (http://scotthermanfitness.com/articles_viewer.php?rID=82)
I'd love to make more of this kind of articles and videos but I have no ideas yet on what calisthenic moves or subjects I should make them on. Maybe you can help me out? What do you want to see? More difficult moves? Easier ones?

If you have any suggestions or ideas please let me know!

Thanks!

Kevin

That's great Kevin!

I think you should do both ( easy and difficult ). An easy move for beginner like me, and another move ( difficult) for the other who already doing Calisthenics. For sure they are looking for a new one. Can't wait to see your next Article for a beginner move.

Hey Kevin

I'd agree with Mike. Something for beginners would be great and then some advanced moves for something to aim at!

Cheers

Thanks guys! It helped me get some ideas: A basic kind of push-up which might help with the planche. And maybe rising to handstand (i dont know the name:p) or handstand pushups

Hey Kevin

That's amazing stuff. I cam see that I may have to get myself some of those push-up handles and a pillow (fto protect my head when I inevitably head butt the floor).

cheers

Hahaha phil! Yes a pillow might be a smart idea! Let me know if you liked it when you tried it.
