Do you mean without a wall? In that case, I would suggest starting out doing them with your feet slightly resting on a wall, or maybe have someone next to you so that if you start to fall they can keep you balanced.
Jordan
With a wall.
Start with:
1-Hand and foot on floor push up
2-Hand on floor foot up on box
3-Leg on floor hand on box
4-Wall plank
5-Leg on wall with shape L with your waist and start taking the movement
6-Straight leg on wall hand stand
7-Straight leg on wall hand stand negatives
8-Straight leg on wall hand stand push up
I'm fascinated by calisthenics and purchased parallel bars to learn some moves. Start by mastering decline pushups. A strong core, balance, and in this case delts aide most movements. Afterwards, assisted handstand pushups (a wall or person holding), then move to unassisted single leg, and so on until you do the full move unassisted.
To really challenge yourself, and I only recommend this when you're ready, you can do the exercise with a weighted vest or with your hands on a sturdy but slightly raised surface. Enjoy!
I am going to start it. Thanks for the youtube video.
