Hey, I'm 15 and 5' 5". I'm slightly short for my age (30th percentile) and wanted to increase my height a bit thoughout the last teen years, because there are tons of benefits that come with height of course. Does stretching twice daily increase height permanently? Or is it just temporary? Does skipping rope help you grow taller? I'm in a 500cal deficit right now. Will that stunt my growth? I eat very healthy, it's not a IIFYM scenario. Also, will squats stunt growth? I do HIIT, and one excersice is rapid squats with 20lbs. Any other height increasing techniques? Thanks!

Marcus,

Your height potential is pre-determined by genetics and can't be changed. Your parents and family members will give you an idea of how tall you may grow.

Lifting weights will not stunt growth. You should be eating lots of healthy nutritious calories to help maximize your growth. Calorie deficits are not advisable at your age unless you are overweight for your age.
