Hey guys.
So, being from New Zealand (anyone heard of the All Blacks?!), I'm a big rugby fan and am pretty keen to hear if anyone has any good tips/exercises that will be of bennefit to improving my rugby skills/ability.
I'm trying to get faster at the moment and normally do a few of days doing 1 minute sprints/1 minute rest on the treadmill, the only thing is I don't want to do too much because at my weight and body fat I don't really want to shed any more of it.
Anyways, any tips for getting faster and increasing agility would be much appreciated, and I will maybe try and incorporate them into my gym routine as I continue to try and build lean muscle.
