Hermanites....

 

i have been intrigued by some crossfit vids I have seen on YT and some of the things those guys can do, endurance wise, is just plain crazy.

 

Im still busy bulking, but have thought about getting into some crossfit to shed the fat once I'm ready to cut.

 

Are there any cross fitters out there on the forums? Can someone point me in the right direction regarding a good program to start with?

Hey man!

 

Crossfit is just high intensity total body training.

 

You could literally take your current routine, add 15-20 minutes of cardio after each lift and 2 - 3 times a week hit a total body routine like this:

 

Then just make sure you are on a high protein diet and watch the fat melt away.

A good crossfit routine can be something like

 

Bupees, TireFlips, Battling ropes, Clean and Jerks

20 reps for burpees. 30 seconds for the battling ropes and 15 reps for the rest.

 

7 rounds. Try to beat your current time everytime you do this routine

 

BAM thats crossfit!! have fun!! =)

Oh damn... Death By Dumbbells! I forgot about that routine! Now that spring is coming up, I'm gonna have to add it to the routine for sure.

Lots of CrossFit boxes post their workouts online for all to view. You can see the main site workouts at www.crossfit.com. Another popular programming series is Outlaw CrossFit (http://outlawcrossfit.com/). Many competitors that make it to Regionals and the Games follow Outlaw in some form.
