i have been intrigued by some crossfit vids I have seen on YT and some of the things those guys can do, endurance wise, is just plain crazy.
Im still busy bulking, but have thought about getting into some crossfit to shed the fat once I'm ready to cut.
Are there any cross fitters out there on the forums? Can someone point me in the right direction regarding a good program to start with?
