work out for today

- 3 sets of 8 air squats 
- 3 sets of 8 side leg raise 

- 3 sets of 8 push ups
- 3 sets of 8 decline push ups

-3 sets of 8 sit ups (20 lbs, on exercise ball )
- 3 sets 8 swissball crunch (20 lbs)
