- 3 sets of 8 bicep curls
- 3 sets of 8 seated bicep curls

- 3 sets of 8 tricep press
- 3 sets of 8 seated tricep press

- 3 sets of chest press
- 3 sets of 8 front raise ( 5, 10, 20 lbs)
* all up sets 5 lbs, 15 lbs, 30 lbs*

- lugged wood
