- 4 sets of 8 seated bicep curls

- 4 sets of 8 one-arm bicep curls
- 4 sets of 8 tricep press

- 4 sets of 8 seated tricep press
- 4 sets of 8 one-arm tricep press

- 4 sets of 8 chest press
- 4 sets of 8 front raise ( drop sets 20,15,10, 5 lbs)
*all drop sets 30 lbs, 20 lbs, 10 lbs, 5 lbs*

- 2.15 km walk. 128 cals burned, pace 12:53/km. total time 27:41
