- 5 sets of 8 shoulder shrug
- 5 sets of 8 seated shoulder shrug

- 5 sets of 8 shoulder press
- 5 sets of 8 seated shoulder press

- 5 sets of 8 side dumbbell raise
- 5 sets of 8 bent-over dumbbell fly's
* all up sets 10,15,20,25,30 lbs*
