Hi everyone! I've just signed up at this site from Scott. And I have a question. I made a shedule for this summer, 'cause this is the time of the year I go out and cheat (drink and almost don't look after my food) here and then. So this shedule is based on maintenance, muscle gains and some cardio.

Monday: Pushday & Abs

Tuesday: Legs

Wednesday: Rest

Thursday: Pullday & Abs

Friday: Legs or just rest?

Saturday: Upperbody or fullbody? & Abs

Sunday: Rest

I also want to do cardio, but should I do it every workout day for 5-10 minutes or two times a week. And if so, on workoutdays or on restdays or on a workout & on a restday? If you guys have an other option for me, please drop be kind and drop it. I would be thankfull! Thanks for the support and goodluck with your goals!
