I been training like this for a few weeks now and I LOVE IT, but what do you think about this routine for circuit training and building up muscle endurance and strength

Monday Shoulders, triceps, and biceps. 6 to 8 rounds. 1 set for each BODY PART= one round. 10 to 20 reps on each exercise with little to no breaks.

And every other day follows the same concept  with the exception of legs. Might do 8 to 10 rounds with sled pushing at the end.  So legs on tuesday, chest and back on wedsnday, abs on thursday, shoulders on arms on friday, and legs on saturday.

then every 2 weeks, I might dedicate a whole week to just strength training. So lower reps with heavy ass weight.

Hey man,

That sounds like a really intense way to train and it seems like it would work really well!! I might give this a try when i finish bulking lol! But i noticed that you only train chest/back once per week and the other muscle groups twice ?

That looks and sounds really intense and effective. You will definitely build up your endurance. You wont build much strength from the circuit training, but you should be fine if you do straight strength training like you said every 2 weeks.

Yeah we could do this after our bulk. Should be good for shredding up.

Circuit training is an amazing way for both losing fat and gaining muscle, in addiotion to toning up and defining the muscles. I remember I was on a HARDCORE program for 1 month and i was completely DEAD of energy after that and VERY happy with the results that I obtained
