I'm about to start circuit training next month to get to under 10% BF. Just wanted some advice on my workout I'll be doing.
Here's my routine all for time.
Monday-
25 Chin ups
50 power cleans
50 plyo pushups
50 single arm dumbell snatches
25 dumbell press
50 jumo squats
50 bent over barbell rows with shrugs
25 pull ups
Abs
Tuesday- MMA training
Wednesday-
25 chin ups
50 incline dumbell press
25 curls
25 tricep pushdowns
50 incline flys
50 seated rows
25 shoulder raises
25 calf rasies
25 pull ups
Abs
Thursday- MMA training
Friday-
25 chin ups
50 dead lifts
50 push ups
50 military press
25 squats
25 dips
25 chest flys
25 pull ups
Abs
