I have just looked at it online, just a quick look it would cost around £450!!! That's the online cost, double it to buy the products in a store. So I guess it's making someone a lot of money.

I would say give it a miss and stick with eating clean and hitting the gym!!!

Earl,

To lose weight, you need to re-train your metabolism to use clean burning fuel and undo years of bad habits - like all the soda you said you were drinking :-) There is no quick fix and most weight loss shakes and/or fad diets cause you to lose valuable lean body mass - which is active, calorie burning tissue - in favor of water and some fat loss. Excess calories cause weight gain - not fat, not protein, not carbs. Too much of a caloric deficit causes your metabolism to slow down and burn less not speed up and burn more. Only exercise and higher lean body mass (muscle tissue) can do that.

You just need to set yourself up on a workout routine you can stick with, change your diet and calculate your proper meal plan for your target weight, and put in the time and effort. There are no easy ways or quick fixes - it takes determination, consistency, and patience and it will happen. If losing weight and transforming your body was as easy as some of these sham fitness gurus and bogus diet products stipulate, then everyone would be doing it :-)

Ian,

I also checked out the ingredients of some of their "food packs" - packed with sugars, maltodextrin (simple sugar), artificial sweetners and preservatives, and lots of chemicals. Definitely an example of "processed foods". Simple and easier to just eat REAL fruit with natural fiber, and get your nutrients from REAL food.

just going to let you know now by what john has just said about the ingredients in those packs... if youre used to those types of foods it wont change anything, if it is less than what youre eating now, you might lose 2lbs maybe, if you normaly eat healthy real foods then these packs are going to make you feel terrible, during and after eating them for an extended period of time.
