Jorge,

This happens when you get too much Riboflavin (Vitamin B2). You should only take one multi-vitamin a day not 3 - regardless of what the bottle says. Vitamin supplements are to SUPPLEMENT your diet not replace it. If you are eating a nutritious, wholesome diet you are already getting all the vitamins you need. As such, I would only take 1 mutlivitamin just as a security measure. Stop taking 3 - it is overkill and as you already see you are pissing most of it out and wasting money.

As for fish oil, if you are already eating oily fish you don't need them. If you are taking them because you don't eat fish/like fish but want to get the Omega-3 fatty acids, then 3 per day is plenty.

You need to remember that the recommended dosages by many of these supplement companies are more than you need. They do this so you use the product faster and thus will need to buy more. They are in the business to make money firstly and help people secondly :-)
