I'm wondering if it's ok to take a fat burning protein supplement like BSN's Isoburn in the morning with my breakfast and then take whey protein in the afternoon after my workout. I'm just trying to get rid of a thin layer of fat around my waist while keeping my protein intake high. Let me know if this is ok or if there are other supplements I should take.
