I weighed myself today and lost 3lbs but my body fat % has gone up from 22% to 23.5%. How come that's happening? I'm quite confused how come I've lost weight but my body fat % has gone up.

Hey dude! Well it's all down to your training plan and your diet, What is your meal plan for a week?? You could be consuming quite low calorie intake but a lot of which is fats and sugars and simple carbs. Post on here what you eat and we can have a better view as to how to help you :-)

What method did you use to determine body fat? Unless you did a DEXA scan or the dunk tank which is 100% accurate, most BF calculation techniques have an error margin as low as 2% and as high as 8%. Also, your water weight fluctuates during the day. If it is not water weight, muscle is denser than fat so it is possible whatever you are doing is causing you to lose weight but you are losing muscle and not fat.
