My favorite supplements to use when trying to gain mass are BSN True mass, BSN Amino X, and BSN cell mass 2.0. True mass is loaded with protein, fats, carbs, and calories which is vital for muscle growth. Amino X is great for the recovery process and amino acids are the building block of muscle tissue. Cell mass 2.0 also contains essential amino acids including glutamine which is the best for muscle gain. Cell mass is also loaded with creatine which helps to give energy for explosive power so you can lift heavier weights to maximize growth. I will say that ones meal plan and training regimen is what's ultimately going to determine whether one will grow or not, but these 3 supplements have definitely given me an edge when it comes to packing on muscle mass. Keep in mind that I also eat like a horse, so if you're not eating correctly or giving the muscles proper rest and hydration you can take all the supplements you want and see no results. The supplements will only work if you do. There's no secret to muscle gaining success. If you put the work in, eat right, take the right supplements, and give the body quality rest your muscles will start growing.
