Rafael,

You are letting yourself be bit by the "supplement bug." 90% of the "supplements" out there are complete nonsense and a waste of time and money. Outside of protein supplementation and creatine, as I stated before, there are no other truly useful and effective supplements - in relation to claims made to results seen.

Your body is the perfect "supplement" and monitoring system. It will tell you what it needs and when - be it more food, carbs, sleep, water, etc. You have to just listen to it which is the hardest part - even I still don't fully understand all my body's signals yet. If you are training properly, eating nutritous food, and getting plenty of rest, then why are you trying to stuff more food down your throat that your body obviously doesn't want or need? Unless you are sick or otherwise incapacitated, your body tells you when it needs food via hunger. Forcing food down until you puke is the wrong thing to do. Eat until satisfied then eat again when you are hungry. If you are only eating 2 meals a day, it means you are either providing enough nutrients and calories or your calorie expenditure and needs are not as high as you think. There are no supplements to stimulate appetite and using pills or other substances to override your natural urges is a recipe for disaster and bodily harm. Go with the flow and listen to your body not a supplement ad :-)

Instead of looking at increasing your appetite to eat more, look at increasing your digestive health so you make the most of the foods you are eating. Invest in a decent probiotic and make sure you are hitting your fibre requirements.

For appetite stimulation and improved digestion I do take a supplement called Ravenous by anabolic designs. Its pretty pricey but worth it in my opinion.

Sounds to me like you have a slight disorder. You are really dead-set on eating a particular amount of food. Listen,man..you dont have to force yourself to eat, just so you grow. If your body doesnt want any food, it means you shouldnt get more. If that means, you cant make any gains, so what? Making gains isnt everything in life. Please dont be so obsessive about it. How many calories are u having right now?

That is plenty of calories... You know an avarage person (male adult) only needs tipically around 2500 calories to sustain the natural processes within the body. So eating 3000-3200 calories is more often than not, enough. (obviosly depends on your weight, but generally) Eeating 4000+ calories a day is more than enough... Stay calm and do not just eat for gainz, enjoy your meals.

Well, that is a good thing. Just make sure that you actually get some time to rest aswell. I know working out is fun (6 days a week here) but keep in mind that resting is a key factor to make sure your body runs optimally.
