BCAA is a recovery supplement, so just take it after your workout. You also need something after the workout so take the Whey too (though solid food should also be consumed). As for the omegas and vitamins the timing is not vital, therefore just take it at any time

I like to take a couple of omega's pre-workout with caffeine as this "encourages" the body to utilise fat as an energy source apparently! Also if you couple doing this with taking l-carnitine it boosts the fat burning process even more.

Why do you feel you need to take casein before bed? Meal timing/frequency is essentially a preference. As long as you're hitting your caloric and macronutrient goals for the day it really doesn't matter when you eat.

Most people have hectic schedules so train and eat when you can. For every study or article that tells you when you should eat/exercise there’s another that says the opposite, e.g. having to eat protein post-workout vs. not. The only constant I’ve found with training/nutrition is to figure out what works best for your body and stick with it. For example, I perform much better training in a fasted state but I’ve got friends who must eat before they lift. Some people can drop fat like crazy using intermittent fasting protocols and others do better eating throughout the day. To each their own.

Bottom line is focus on the bigger goals (reaching your targeted cals/nutrients) each day and your body will figure out the rest.
