Hey,
I have decided to use creatine to increase my strength. I have one question, if I take creatine(1 scoop a day) for a few months and I stop taking it while continuing my workout the same as when I was taking creatine, will I lose the strength?
Thanks :)

Hey man.
Some people believe creatine is designed to be cycled on and off, so I don't think you will lose any strength gains if you decided to discontinue it.
If you're taking straight creatine though, 5g a day every day is usually OK, no need to cycle on or off.
What are you currently using??

William,
Creatine is a pre-cursor to an energy source your white muscle fibers (power fibers) use for energy. Your body produces creatine on its own so adding additional creatine will potentially increase the power of muscular contractions. Depending on how much you take and for how long, you could notice less muscle fullness and some loss of strength and endurance when you stop.
