Hello guys, I am using this "warrior-lab muscle gainer" supplement for over a year and a half now, with little breaks between (2 weeks each).

There is no problem with the specific supplements, as it suits all my needs for now, but I was told by the seller that maybe it's better to try other supplements everynow and then just for a change. Should I start some different supplement for a change then.? What do you guys think?

the seller's suggestion is a Sci-Mix product: http://www.xtr.gr/en/omni-mx-hardcore-2.32kg-sci-mx.html

Theres no need to try different supplements. Stick with basic whey protein, and creatine. Take pre workouts if you really need them. I think your seller is just trying to sell you something. Guys at supplement stores are always trying to trick you into buying the new products that are "better" but most of those are just garbage and expensive.

No need to change. He probably makes more money on the other brand hence his "advice" to change things up.

Stay with what works and fits your wallet. There is so many brands on the market and some are way more expensive for no good reason at all. I have tried 4 diffrent protein brands and a couple of diffrent creatine. But now I only buy from two companies Self Omninutrition and Swedish Supplements . Only reason for using two brands is that Self doesn´t have Citruline and Agamantine in their product line yet.

Evagelos,

The bottom line is all protein supplements are the same. They use fancy marketing names like "aminogen" to make themselves sound superior or like they have some biological or nutritional edge over another company's product. The truth is they don't. They all get their ingredients from the same main sources and all process them the same. The difference is in the quality and purity of the product. This is why I stick with Optimum Nutrition as they are consistently shown to be of high quality and purity by independent labs and consumer advocate groups.
