ive been taking true mass for quite awhile. ive loved the product and have made much improvement in my overall build since taking it. however since taking mass gainer i get really fatigued feeling after taking it. and even sometimes get nausous. i always thought it was from the high carb intake. i recently got really sick so i was out of the gym for two weeks, and didnt take it all for that two weeks. when i returned to the gym i took it again and noticed that it made me nausous now more than it ever has. could it be from not working out for that period of time and what is causing the mass gainer to make me feel this way?

Quinnton,
You need to ditch the mass gainers. They are all pumped full of sugar to get their high calorie counts. You should increase your calories from eating nutritious foods and bump up your calories per meal by eating healthy fats like olive oil, coconut oil, fatty fish, nuts, avocados, and egg yolks. There is more nutrition in my shit than is in all those mass gainer powders.
Your body is trying to tell you something and that something is that your insulin is getting spiked big time from all the sugar in the mass gainer. Protein powders are fine - avoid all mass gainers.

Are there any other supplements or normal food that make you feel this way too?
