I'm trying to hit my protein goals with whole foods, but it's a bit of struggle as a vegetarian (I already include tons of dairy, nuts, beans, etc.). Lately I've been needing about 30% of my protein to come from supplements when I come up short. A couple of questions -

1. Is 30% from supplements high?!

2. Supplements in a day typically break down as: 1 scoop egg white protien, 0.5 scoop whey protein, 0.5 scoop vegan protein (complete protein, I've only added it for variety).  Would I be better off with more whey and maybe adding some casein, or does it even matter?

Feeling good and eating tons of healthy food, just curious about this :)

1. Getting 30% of your protein intake from supplements isn't too bad, it depends on how much protein you're getting. If you're getting 100g of protein, that's only 30g from supplements or a little over 1 scoop of protein powder. If you're getting 200g of protein, it's more like 2 - 3 scoops of protein which again, isn't terrible, but that's probably where you want to try and limit it to.

2. The mixture you're using now looks good. There isn't a NEED to use whey. Though this video might be useful for you if you haven't seen it yet!
