What's up Nation!

Today is going to be my LEG DAY.  Erica and I have skipped legs now for 2 weeks.  Granted I have still been doing my circuit training routines and my legs have had some action, but with the site relaunch and the crazyness of this last week leg day has suffered.

So what does this mean?  It means that after today my legs are going to be so incredibly sore it isn't even funny!  Even if I go lighter on my sets and reps, because I missed heavy legs two weeks straight DOMS will be unavoidable no matter how much BSN AMINO-X I drink! haha

But that is ok, right now my body feels "loose".  You know that feeling when you just want to lift super heavy weight to feel "solid" again.  That is how I feel right now.

So today's routine will be as follows.

(5 sets)- 12 reps, 10 reps, 8 reps, 6 reps 4 reps

  1. Barbell Low Bar Squat
  2. Front Squat
  3. Leg PRess

(4 sets)- 10 reps per set

  1. Romanian Deadlift
  2. Seated Leg Extension

During my rest periods I will bit hitting all kinds of calf exercises for a minimum of 20 reps per set.

Once done, we are going to do 20minutes of cardio and then it is off to the Topsfield Fair for some fun!

I never took any supplements and still don't. Might jump on some creatine though. And yeah my calves do feel slighty better, still some DOMS.... Though the workout was on friday.... ;)

Did it at work pulling on some heavy pipes soooooo can't go too crazy anymore! I hope you are ok, you have my condolences and I also want to wish you a happy birthday. Hope you have a great day despite everything. Miss ya my friend!

William, anyone can take amino acids bro and I highly recommend some BSN Amino X. Fruit puch tastes amazing! It will help you recover a bit quicker from those tough training sessions.

Yeah i am very likely to try alot of different supplements when the time is right. But at the moment everything is going my way so for the time being I do not want any supplements... just yet :)

yeah man.  it is the easiest way to make sure you don't forget about them!  however, once you finish a crazy squat set, you might become delusional and forget about calves.... haha so stay on it! :)

Way to go guys! Those calf muscles can be a bugger to build! They take a while but keep at it!

Bigboss, keep on those pullups!  Once I added in pullups to my back routine, that's when I saw the biggest gains in my back size and strength! (especially the lats)  Just make sure you're going full range of motion and under control :)

The most problem areas in my body is the legs because my body has a thin waist and fat legs ... I'm a long time did not know what to do, read a lot of information on the Internet and developed a training program for myself. I am very pleased and already see results. I advise everyone who have the similar problem to see my training program http://happybody.tv/15-leg-exercises/ . I believe in success.

It's monday, we all know that means International Chest Day
However, today I won't be participating in this weekly holliday. I did Chest/Shoulders on Saturday, so today will be packed with Bahhbell Rows, Deadlifts and other Pull exercises.

Could also do legs... but I doubt that'll happen on a Monday. I need those legs strong for Wednesday basketball w my bros. I'll probably throw them in on Thursday

Frat bro turned barbell boss. Two black belts. (Tae-Kwon-Do and Ai-Ki-Do)
